Tried to be a bit creative at the house this weekend. This meant rearranging all sorts of objects in our shelves and getting rid of those that have been around too long and lost their emotional value. It meant hiding away valuables, small items that can be recovered a few years from now and that may aspire for new life again. A sort of mix and mingle of objects. I realised some items have been in their places for more than ten years. Nice, but maybe boring. But perhaps that is home, safe and trustworthy, always the same, not playing at anything but just being there, being in place. Nevertheless. I feel it is time to see the world - my living space - through a new set of eyes. It is Spring and time to start afresh and move (on).
